There was no trouble with this seller. They sent me a return slip immediately upon request.I am now waiting for confirmation that they received item back. I am not a fan of using the USPS. They are slow to help and usually a wait for help. Way to much personal conversation with a customers when there ARE OTHERS WAITING. I retired from there and I know why they do that. They call it being pleasant to the customer.

    No warm up time. A little hard to set up only because of all the slow steps to set print quality. Good wireless connection.

    Great choice

    Lifelong Hp customers , switched to Epson with ink bottles …. Way way more user friendly and ease of use than the HP , cell phone connection to the printer was easy , no need for wifi , no tech issues , best decision we’ve made on a printer.
