Communicated promptly, and delivery was fast with no problems. Item arrived as described, the only negative that I was not happy with was that the price of the item was dropped by £60+ less than 24 hours after my purchase so before my item had even arrived the price was dropped and I kept getting emails telling me the price had been reviewed and to check out the new price, I had even asked if had anything cheaper but got told they only do refurbished, which obviously was annoying.
