Radio chassis as described, shipped quickly. Packing effort only rates a "C" -- the plastic window bezel is shown undamaged in the listing but arrived with a hole punched through it. It wasn't padded separately so the much heavier chassis crashed into it. A shame but not a problem for me as I don't need it.
