    It is a good one.

    It's ok. It helps explain old issues,on a topic that raged back then. The characters,portrayed exceptionally the life style of upper class people ( I only know this by watching,I don't have any experience)and how the issue could have been handled by some .

    Sidney Poitier is one of the most amazing actors ever. If you're unfamiliar with his work , I highly recommend renting or purchasing his movies and watching them. Guess who's coming to dinner is an incredible film and it is a reflection of our society at this time. All of the performances are Oscar worthy...I highly recommend it.

    One of the finest films of all time

    This movie is without a doubt one of the greatest movies of all time. It has three of the best actors/ actress the film world has ever seen. Katharine Hepburn, as always is Exquisite, and Spencer tracy is unequaled. and as this was his last film, this should be in everyones collection. Also in this film is another of my favorite actors, the always great Sidney Poitier. It is a film about one of the our worst human traits racial prejudice. It shows in very funny format just how ridiculous unfounded opinions can be. the daughter of a very wealthy businessman brings her fiance home to meet the folks,except she forgot to mention he is black. he's a very prominent doctor with several high level degrees and prominence in the medical world. along the way his parents show up, and again were not ...

    Well named since it was about him.

    I love everything about this movie, especially Sidney Portier and how he played Detective Tibbs. He is a great actor and I now have most of his movies. I also feel the same way about Rod Steiger. also was quite an actor. Loved him in No way to treat a lady.
