Fast shipping but I was disappointed with the quality of the wallet. The card compartments are very tight making the cards hard to get out. See through window is too short to get SS card in without folding it. All the compartments are short. I have to fold my insurance card so that it fits. Stitching isn't heavy duty at all. Leather is thin and hard. Not worth my time to return it. I'll pay a little more next time and get a better one.

I received only 24 of the 32 purchased packets of incense. The incense itself is excellent. I was a little concerned that all the individual boxes were shipped in a soft-sided mailer. Incense is sensitive to pressure allowing the precious product to pull away from the stick.
That said, I notified the company that I was shorted 8 boxes. Their response was prompt and I received a $10 credit which I greatly appreciated. I suspect I will do future business with company - but shipped in a box.
