    Gelieferter Artikel stimmt nicht mit dem Bild im Angebot überein, Verkäufer ist Stur und Uneinsichtig. Der gelieferte Artikel Kostet bei anderen Händlern viel weniger. Rücksendung auf meine Kosten lehne ich ab, vom Verkäufer kommt kein kulanter Lösungsvorschlag, nur die Info "Es wurde geliefert was bestellt wurde". Das Artikelbild mit dem höheren Preis war aber für die Bestellung ausschlaggebend. Ebay wurde eingeschaltet.

    Kunde bestellt falschen Artikel und möchte dann unter Zwang, dass wir den Artikel auf unsere Kosten NACH Einbau erstatten. Da wir dem nicht nachkommen wir dann erst versucht über einen Fall das Geld wiederzubekommen und dann gibt es noch eine Negative Bewertung obendrauf.
