Snails arrived in terrible condition. I’m currently acclimating the ones that survived. Currently I have minimum of 15 dead. One container was completely crushed. When I opened the paces all the water had spilled out and the smell was terrible. Also, this item had the slowest shipping of anything I’ve ever purchased in my life. I bought them on the 18th and did not receive them until today the 28th. I have purchased snails on eBay many times, and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had !
