Definitely worth the purchase. Though I may get tired of hearing the Elmo song and catch myself singing it at work, my daughter can't get enough. She's consumed for 45 minutes watching him, regardless of how many times she's seen the videos. She can now identify emails and she's only 19 months. I think it's helped her with counting and recognizing other things. Compared to the junk cartoons that are out there now, Elmo is worth the price for little ones....just keep earmuffs on hand.Definitely worth the purchase. My daughter loves Elmo, cake, and Babies so she got all of this out of one DVD and not to mention Mommy got alittle rest too. This was such a cute movie I buy all of Elmo's and Barney's DVD's because my daughter not only just sits there she dances, sings, and learns from them and I love that it isn't as harsh as the cartoons you find on television now a days. I think Elmo is good and I would buy it for any child mine or not...My daughter loves Elmo, cake, and Babies so she got all of this out of one DVD and not to mention Mommy got alittle rest too.
