Seller JCHEN1020 is a SCAM ARTIST. I purchased a Bontrager Stem. Item was poorly packed, no bubble plastic or styrofoam. The bolts on the face place were rusty, they had been switched from the original picture. The seller claimed I never paid for shipping which was a lie, I paid $55 for the stem and $6.15 for shipping verified by my credit card statement. Seller claimed he paid $17 to FedEx for shipping. I asked for partial refund of $27 to cover cost for new bolts, seller only offered $20.

Stem was sold as used stem, for $55. I paid FEDEX $17 out of my pocket to send the stem to buyer, when buyer received the stem, he stated he was not happy with the condition of the bolts, he demanded that I pay 27.50 for resolving his issue so he can buy new face plate and bolts. I stated to him that the most I could offer is $20 or he can send the stem back for full refund. He took the $20 dollars instead of full refund and decided to tarnish my reputation after he agreed with the solution.
