Item not as described (different mdl F926U not F926W),some functions (OS updates) would not work. Contacted seller re:issues and requested return. Seller promptly replied/agreed. Item returned via requested courier(Canada Post). Upon receipt of returned item Seller refunded purchase price and original shipping. However the eBay system didn t permit refund of return shipping. Seller offered another method.Seller was prompt, courteous, and professional throughout. Would buy from again.
