The good: item shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition The discs themselves appeared pristine. The not-so-good: three of the five discs wouldn't play (I didn't test the other two). The great: I sent the seller a message and received a prompt response and a refund that same evening. So, the item itself was defective (despite its excellent appearance) but the seller came through politely and promptly. Would do business with again.
