I cannot thank this seller enough for all the expert help that they offered in taking the trouble to search their stock for the replacement parts that we needed to refurbish our Jotul stove. They took the trouble to correspond with us on our requirements, what they had that would match those requirements and letting us know when dispatched asked us to let them know how our refurnishment worked out.

Ordered VW T5 wing mirror to replace a broken one. When it arrived I saw it was from a left hand drive van.
This was not stated in the listing. Contacted seller who rudely told me I should have known because "the label is in Scandinavian". I don't speak or read Scandinavian, and there is ample space on the listing description to say its not a like for like swap.
Seller offered a refund, but that's not the point. If it were correctly listed I wouldn't have wasted my time buying, or returning it.

Avoid this buyer he bought the wrong part, did not even look at the photos of what he was buying. Wanted a full refund without sending it back, and used feedback as blackmail.

My argument is that the listing did NOT state that the mirror was from a left hand drive. Seller rudely told me I should have known because "the label is in Scandinavian". Item was not described correctly. Simples.
