Product Information

Hallmark's made-for-TV movie THE LONG SHOT is a heartwarming family film about second chances. When equestrian Annie Garrett (Julie Benz) is abandoned by her deadbeat husband, she moves herself, her seven-year-old daughter, and her beloved horse to a new job and home on a California horse ranch owned by the kindly Mary Lou (Marsha Mason).     Love this movie!

    Always been a favorite movie for me; equine enthusiasts will enjoy for sure! The story is fantastic, and the characters engaging. Very inspiring movie, and shows just how far a mother’s love will go for her child and horse. For the movie sooner than expected, and was a smaller screen version but came out clear and sound just fine. Thank you!

    Great family movie--inspiring story

    A really great story of the challenges life has and creative ways of working through them. Fun yet real characters tell a story that will keep you part of the action to the end. Glad that there is a movie that can show a good time and great plot without all the unnecessary and unneeded language etc to present in an otherwise good movie. Buy this movie--it is worth every cent.
