Not a good experience. Item was shipped over a week after a buy it now purchase and I had to message to inquire if it was shipped. It was a used curling iron listed as barely used and it arrived filthy covered in makeup and the clamp was broken. I had to take the whole handle apart and replace a spring to get it working. Completely disappointing transaction, not what I expected.
