    Unit was sold described as new, never used. Unit arrived with damage around the wire terminals from it being used and missing wire terminal hardware. Talked to the seller and he said that I must have damaged it. I gave him a chance to make things right, and he would not without me returning it. The unit did work but was not in the shape that it was sold under. I need this unit in my facility so I cannot return it. I would not have given a negative review if I wasn't blamed by the seller.
