Advertised a NEW in box cardiology IV stethoscope. Seller sent a different, dirty and stained USED device, but seller claims it was in “pristine” condition. Pictures tell the story. In addition, the Littman brand seal/diaphragm was also missing. When messaged about this, seller began to make personal insults instead of resolving the issue. Also, seller said she dropped package off Sept 25. USPS tracking showed the package received almost 7 days later. Buyer beware. Your experience may differ.

I apologized and refunded him immediately for my oversight. The "insults" he is referring to is when I came home to find no less than 22 messages from him, I simply stated that that sort of behaviour shows that he doesn't have a lot of impulse control, that he cannot sit, and write a thought out message, but like my teenage daughter messages every thought that pops into her head... It can make someone feel uneasy
