I put this item in my shopping cart until I found out it's almost twice the price as it is from the dealer. I removed it from the cart and ordered the belt an compressor. I got email confirmation for the 2 items I DID order. A week and a half later I get an email saying the tensioner that I didn't order was shipped. Tried to contact seller to see what happened. The item sent does not match the items in the listing photos. The white clips did not fit my 2007 Mustang. When I contacted the seller seeking resolution they refused to help and insisted that the listing stated trimming may be required on 2010-2014 models. The overall tone of the response was rude. I know have the rocker panel removed from my car with no way of installing it today. I have included a photo of the white clip sent by the seller and an OEM one taken off my car
