        If you have a problem with addiction, whether it be to food, gambling, drugs (and alcohol is a drug), spending money, sex, or anything else, this book will help you get over your problem, if you do a few simple steps, twelve steps. It's not easy, but it is possible. Thousands like me have gotten better, a day at a time, with info from this book and others with similar circumstances gathering together for mutual support.
