      HP not what it used to be

      Cheap Plastic. Parts break off within days of setting up. Screen very dark. We own 10 HP printers and this has to be the worst one. If you buy this test all of the functions the day you buy it as it is not well made. HP quality has been going down over the years. Have only purchased HP Printers for 30 years. This is not a good one. We have the regular 127 and have 4 of them. We needed the Scan and email version. But this one is not worth the money.

      It is easy to set up, however I can't see the information in the window it is too dark to read. Therefore, I can't see to fax or copy.

      Needed a printer

      I needed a printer, have a HP-309A but wanted a laser printer for documents, didn't need color. Purchased and received this in 3 days, extremely fast service. This printer is fast, setup was a little complicated do to windows 10, and I would suggest getting the screen version so you don't have to go to the computer to make changes
