Kudos to the seller for refunding my money with out a fuss. I didn’t receive this item due to a deception of USPS, and a technicality in eBay’s price guarantee. USPS’s tracking said the item was “delivered to an agent for final delivery.” Apparently eBay interpreted this to mean it was actually delivered to the address on the label, but it was only delivered to a 3rd party agent for FINAL DELIVERY. If you get caught in this mouse trap contact you credit card company. They reversed the charges.
