    Concepts of Physical Fitness

    I decided to buy the book because of the reasonable price and the condition it was in. I am jaded by the fact that I don't want to take the class that this book is for. Making college students take a health class with information that has been drilled into our heads for years is a waste of time and money in my opinion. The book is easy to read and offers many resources.
