    just what I needed

    From the most uncoordinated man on the planet, this fit the bill perfectly. Not complicated and easy to follow. I don't have a lot of room and previous comments referenced that you don't need a lot. They were right. I'm very satisfied with Gilad and his supporting cast. Scott

    Excellent workout - clear, adaptable, beautiful! Go for it!

    I bought this DVD to workout at home. I really like the straight forward nature of Gilad's workouts. Some of them have vignettes from his former TV series but they are only half a minute or so and give me a chance to drink some water before the workout! I have five or six of his workouts that were produced over many years and, although the older ones look a bit dated they are still excellent workouts. And if you remember the 1990s with fondness, it's a nostalgic journey back in time. ;-) The moves are clearly explained and demonstrated, the filming ensures that you can see what to do with your various extremities and core. The scenery is fantastic and keeps me motivated. (Even after I've just returned, I'm always dreaming of the next vacation in Hawaii...). I ...

    loved it, loved it. very good instructions.

    I loved this step dvd. It is the 8th step video I have bought and the first of Gilad, but this is defintely the best of all step videos. I have also never written a review for anything, but I think this dvd deserves praise. Nothing complicated- did not try to show off with complicated moves. Believe me, even with the simple steps , you start to pant in 15 minutes. and boy does he give good directions- very good directions, and he takes you through the steps in parts so that by the end of each segment you have mastered the moves, and his motivation is great too. Defintely worth your money. Great Gilad, keep it up!!

    Good step aerobic dvd- not hard but good workout

    Wasn’t familiar with Gilad but was very impressed with his moves. A good workout without being overly conplex. I haven’t stepped in a few years but am trying to get in better shape. I would recommend this dvd and i wish he had more step aerobic dvds. He is good!

    Great aerobic workout

    This is a great aerobic workout. I sweat up a storm! I'm losing weight and inches. My muscles are toned in ab area, arms,and legs. It is also fun and challanging and I really push myself to keep up. Nothing could be worst then a workout that is easily done, this one is It is all worth it in the way my body looks. I am fifty three and have exersized all my life and never never thought that I would follow along with a dvd and that I would just sit and watch, Not So! I strive so hard to keep up and when I'm done, I feel great to do the whole workout as best as I can. Love It!
