About this product

Product Information

A group of young filmmakers, making a low-budget horror movie in an abandoned hospital, stumble upon a dead body and decide to use it in their film. To their dismay, this releases dozens of spiteful zombies from the netherworld, who trap the youngsters in the hospital with little chance of escape. Mixing tongue-in-chewed-off-cheek humor with gory effects, Parker and crew serve up a fun homage to such classic living dead movies as Romero's DAWN OF THE DEAD and Fulci's THE BEYOND.

    B-Grade Horror - Don't expect much....

    The Dead Hate the Living is your same old B-Movie horror with decent f/x, but minimal chills and definitely no scares. It is staged teen horror before there was teen horror. The disc states that it is "a vibrantly gruesome Argento-esque nightmare". Not hardly. Dario Argento should be offended at the comparison. There are some funny lines, though. The script writer did a swell job. Can this movie cure your zombie fix? Err... absolutely maybe! Enjoy!
