A distressing experience: Authority to Leave wasn't given. Kennel left was the incorrect size. Delayed response from the seller until eBay stepped in. A discount was offered that give a price higher than their advertised price for this smaller kennel. The seller puts the onus on the buyer to arrange the return pickup and doesn't offer the correct order to be delivered.
