Warranty Return Policy:

If RGB accepts the warranty return, shipping costs will be reimbursed. Returned product may be, at our sole discretion, repaired or exchanged. In case that an exchange or repair is not possible, RGB may decide to return or lower the price paid for products, at its sole discretion.

If, after verification, we consider the products as correct, or it turns out that its defects are due to the Buyer, we will send the products back to the Buyer who shall be obliged to bear all shipping costs.

Non-warranty returns will not be accepted after a laps of 14 calendar days from the invoice issue date.
