Sold me a broken belt buckle. I can’t wear it. I contacted the seller and asked for a partial refund of $20 because I might be able to find someone to fix it. She said no it’s not broken it’s removable. I told her it’s not supposed to be removable as it won’t work if it is removable hence it’s broken and unusable as is. All her pictures show it secure in the back. She said to take it up with eBay.

Buyer sent continuous low ball offers. I finally accepted an offer that was somewhat reasonable. All flaws were noted in the description. Buyer did not clearly read the listing. Buyer then claimed that the item was "broken". Refused to understand reason and logic and then continued to harass me for a further discount so they could get the cheapest possible price. They refused to contact Ebay for further support, therefore they did not receive any further assistance in the matter.
