I purchased this Microsoft Xbox One X 1TB Console Gaming System on 11/24/23. When I received the console, I immediately noticed the controller was broken. The sellers products all indicate that they are tested and cleaned, but clearly they are NOT. I messaged the seller ElectronicsGuru23 5 times between 12/6 & 12/21 to make this right. They never emailed me. I had to contact them again. Each time with a promise to locate and send a controller. Now no response, no controller. Buyers Be Ware!
