The listing disclosed specific missing hardware. However, it did not mention the missing set screw from the arm which secures the arm pieces together so ultimately the listing was inaccurate. It also mentioned the box and packaging was fairly beat up but no damage to the item. The seller did nothing to reinforce or provide more protection for the product inside the box. It did subsequently arrive with some scratches. This I guess is the price you pay for not buying new.

    Have done wonders for my dad

    I purchased this for my dad and this has helped heal his existing pressure ulcers and also eliminate new ones from forming. This mattress pad have done wonders to my dad’s healing that I purchased two. I would definitely recommend.

    Great pad to prevent bed sores

    Really prevents bed sores Highly recommend having this pad under hips... of patient is unable to move much, this should be used in addition to a good a air mattress( not the ones medicare gives you but the ones you buy on line from medical supply stores which cost more but work much better)
