I ordered from Australia because I wanted this particular model and it's not available here. Decent cleaner.
Fairly easy to use as it was for someone elderly, the only thing I thought was mean of Hoover is it did not have an extension tool with it so had to buy one, when I eventually found the right one for it that is.
