First off this is a Fluke product, that means quality and tons of surplus parts due to its popularity. Yes it’s unsupported but there are dozens of 2nd 3rd party calibration/ repair facilities still exist for this platform. This platform offers outstanding tier 1 performance 22 second CAT6a certification and 9 second Cat6 certification. Don’t upgrade to the Versiv DSX SERIES unless your customers state it specifically IN YOUR STATMENT OF WORK . This unit does it all for cheaper!! The DSP SERIES is still being supported by 3rd party vendors and that series was ended in 2011, so there is plenty of life in this platform with out the expensive overhead that Fluke tries to push on us small companies. A Full DSX KIT COSTS ABOUT 18-30k where you can get the same performance out of a DTX for about ...
