    Definately Worth listening to.

    I am a fan of thrice's newer material, so I decided to listen to their older stuff to better understand where they are coming from. Artist in the ambulance is full of beast-ish tracks and a few melodic ballad-ish sounds. I like the slower ones with less palm-muted power chords and fast up-beat angst. That's really more like what they are today, but Dusten Kensrues voice has definately matured since then, and definitely for the better.

    Thrice Fans Rejoice

    When I saw this at first, I didn't even know there was a limited edition CD version of Artist in the Ambulance, so of course I jumped at the chance to buy because it is obviously rare. Boy am I glad I did. It comes with a post-card for each song on the CD. The post-card contains the songs' lyrics and commentary from the band about each song, which is really cool. It talks about the recording and writing processes, and really lets you sort of get to know what each member is like just by reading what they have to say and their opinions on each song. Overall a fantastic buy. You will not be disappointed.

    Music With A Good Message

    I first heard Thrice about 2 years ago. I thought they were awesome and I could not seem to escape their hard hitting beats, meaningful lyrics, and Dustin's voice. I went right out and bought this cd and have since bought Identity Crisis. With songs like "All that's left" and "Artist In The Ambulance". You shouldn't pass up a cd like this. These songs seem to be more than just pretty beats, the lyrics give you something to think about. These guys rock!!!

    Just buy this cd and thank me later.

    Call it rock, emo, hardcore, punk, screamo, I don't care just buy it. These guys are amazing and this cd is their best work. I own three copies of this cd myself, one for the car, one for the house and a stunt copy should I misplace one of the others. In fact, just buy all of their cds. Plus, in todays world of self-promoting rock bands that don't give a crap about the world or the people in it, these guys are a breath of fresh air. Portions of the sales from most Thrice cd's go to well deserved charity organizations, so there is some good karma for you, if you believe in that stuff.

    Thrice CD

    This is my favorite band and I had this CD but lost it, which is why I had to make this purchase. It ended up being an excellent purchase because the CD came w/ notes on each song and the meanings/notes. AWESOME for any Thrice fan! All the songs are good, if you like their hardcore side ...skip to #6 (paper tigers) and put it on full blast. Overall, this CD is amazing work done by the guys of Thrice, however, Illusion of Safety is still my favorite CD from all their work.
