Okay, a Few things. trying to get combined shipping one two items was such a Hassle. Seller was communicative. apparently has something to do with the way eBay has their system set up. ordering multiple items that can be sent in the same envelope should show correct combined shipping at checkout. seller did give a refund. (I assume that was to reflect the combined shipping) also Item looked Bigger in the pictures. However, seller did have a ruler in the pics showing the size. so thats on me.
