The part we received did not match the advertised image and indicated it was OEM for our refrigerator model. Our part matched the advertised image. What we received did not match our refrigerator original part and we could not get the refrigerator to recognize it. However, the shipping was fast, response to our inquiry immediate, and resolution wonderful. We were provided a return shipping label. Had it not been for the part not matching, this would have been a perfect 5-star transaction!

All applicable refrigerator model numbers accompanied the listed part which helped ensure an exact fit. The only thing that could have made this purchase better would have been a photo of the part to compare it with the old one. Overall an excellent Ebay buying experience!
