    Worth more than the price paid

    The research and statistics provided in this book are easily understood in the context of the powerful life stories provided by the researcher and author. The included questionaries are extemely revealing and provide additional support for the concepts discussed. The author has provided overwhelming evidence for the claims and solutions for the reader to enjoy a happier, healthier and longer life. A book worthy of reading and application.
