    Lightweight with great features.

    This product is very simple in concept and design but to be successful one does need to overcome a small learning curve. It is too early to say how well it does in fact lower ones blood pressure as I have only been using it for a week so far. The manual states that one needs to use the machine for at least 3 to 4 weeks before any noticeable difference can be seen in blood pressure. Overall the concept of using ones' breath to reduce blood pressure is a great one and it is always good to learn a new skill set.
