I had expressed concern to the seller that this item could suffer serious damage in transit; he assured me it would be packaged very carefully and would arrive safely. Packaging was quite nearly bomb-proof, and the pelican arrived in perfect condition. I have collected numerous paperweights through the years, and this one is already a favorite. Currently I am updating my office, and this little guy is surely deserving of a place of honor in the new digs. A fabulous find, reasonably priced.
