A little disappointed that item was shipped in factory box and not packed to prevent damage, but outer box and camera arrived in great shape. Factor camera in 2012 Ford Escape begun malfunctioning. The act of ordering this part triggered the factory camera to return to normal operation. Not installed and cannot speak to fit. Keeping part for when or if it may be needed. No heartburn purchasing from this vendor in the future.

Quickly I received an email promising to refund the amount I spent plus $10 to compensate me for my labor. The Seller did this as promised!
