Item listed w/6 photos. Seller stated they "went over this really, really, well" & that there were "no chips, cracks, breaks, or glued pieces." Received quickly & it was packaged well. Bowl IS CHIPPED. Contacted seller & they aggressively responded that I chipped it. They didn't ask for a picture of the chip I found & told me to contact USPS to file an insurance claim. I studied listing photos & I can prove side w/chip was not shown in listing photos. Seller won't reply to any recent messages.

Before buying they asked me to look over piece carefully because the last item they bought like this had a chip. I took the piece out, hubby & I both look over every square inch of this piece, no chips, damage, it was perfect. Buyer has continually harassed me for refund, will not submit photo of chip thru ebay, wants to do it outside of ebay. We gave instructions & orig shipping receipt per their request to file insur. claim. Now they say post office refuses claim (because there is NO damage)
