    Not for the faint of heart

    This was by far the most intense yoga workout I have ever done. Bob Harper makes you do things you would not think is possible. This truly is yoga for the warrior so be prepared to be very sore the next day. It works every muscle in your body, urging you to go farther. The part that I loved the most was the self fulfillment afterwards knowing that I did it! It was so gratifying. I would recommend this dvd to anyone who is looking to tone up, lost weight, or go to the next level with yoga. Another great point is that Bob Harper gives excellent instructions so you don't have to keep looking up at the screen. His gives precise, easy to understand instructions on what to do and how to do it. I rate this 5 stars.

    love this work out!

    ok, i consider myself an intermmediate to advanced yoga student. This video rocks. this work out rocks. it is exactly what i was looking for. Yoga, strengthening, balance, calorie burning! Love it. and the best part is the last 15 minutes are a cool down work out, so its not one whole intense hour...just the perfect amount and then then he brings your heart rate down and still kicks your butt. highly recommend this video

    Best training dvd! You get what you deserve! a good sweat and body!

    I have purchased a lot of training dvd's but this is far the best. My husband also uses the 15 minute abs training and he is completely taken of it. It is hard training but you can feel that it is realy doing a difference. I will purchase more of his dvd's. You need to have done some training before trying this.

    Great bargain, great video, easy to follow

    I have been practicing yoga with an instructor two sessions per week one hour each at workplace provided by my employer. I wanted to do it at home too in weekend, so I purchased this video based on reading some reviews. I am glad I did. It is very easy to follow and not difficult but enough to make me sweat.
