Ordered a lot from this seller and this has been the only item that came not as described. It was suppose to be new but was an open box with some (not original) tape on it and missing a piece. But we made it work, so I didn’t contact the seller. Every other order I have gotten from them has been great. All ship fast and prices are very good. Will definitely order again. I think they likely had an open box item and a new one and I was sent the open box instead of the new one accidentally.

Item was listed as open box (excellent, new condition with no wear), however, the floor lamp I received had been put together, only taken apart enough to fit in box and there were some scratches and a stripped screw. There was no packaging to secure in box and lampshade was slightly damaged. Did not contact seller, damages were minor and it was a great deal. Would purchase from this seller again with hope of better packaging!

Also, the shirts are irregular, which was not in the description, but I'm not nitpicky, so I'm still satisfied with them.     Great sound, camera, reception, features.

    I have had one of these for 3 years now. I just purchased a used one because the battery on my original was dying. This is a great phone and is not priced as high as Samsung or Apple. It has great sound, a great camera, receives 4G LTE plus, and is easy to navigate. When the battery starts to get weak (after a couple years like any phone) it will reboot with 50% or less battery left.

    Once you HTC you never go back.

    I sample all the new phones every year and buy the second to latest model. I've been doing this for 10 years, all the way back to UTStarcom. I have been trying all the other manufacturers' phones when friends buy them. I have always been happier with my HTC than any other phone any friend has shown me. The biggest pro is due to processor speed, even in extreme power saver mode, this phone is quick and responsive down to the moment it shuts off.

    Good phone, honest description

    Excellent quality means excellent quality. No screen damage, no noticeable scratches on the back. A tiny bit of easily-removed adhesive on the back. The phone itself is as good as advertised. Battery life is acceptable, lasts 8am-6pm with regular use, but not much longer. Everything else about the phone is fantastic.

    Sensible alternative
