    Buy it if you can afford it.

    I own a few of the ion900s and gave one to my friend because he was new to biking and bought a 30$ light. I neede a replacement and found they came out with a new model. Sticking with them because even on medium (at 650 lumens) it’s great! If you want to be seen sure but not if you want to see. You get what you pay for when it comes to biking and it’s worth it. A lot of car headlights (not HID) are about 1400 lumens. 1000 for a bike is super bright. Just make sure you cover it or tilt it when coming up to other peds or cycles—this totes mcgoats blinds people incoming so be curtious.

    If you can get it to turn on, its great

    The light when you can get it to turn on is fantastic. However, it is very, very hit or miss to get it to turn on. Once its on hands down a great light. Disappointed with the faulty on/off button.
