Seller sent the hat in a Polly shipper with no aditional protection. The hat was misshapen/ deformed while in transit and no longer matches the photo in the listing. I attempted to contact them not to get a refund but to inform them so that it doesn’t happen again. They didn’t seem to care. Seller priced their item too low and didn’t appreciate that I won the bid on their hat for a dollar. I submitted a max bid of 15 for the record.

I dont care that the buyer won the item for $1.00 or I wouldnt have priced it that way. From a business standpoint, it did not make sense to ship a hat in a box that would have cost me more money when I was already taking a loss. I offered to fully refund buyer upon return of the item which was not accepted.
