This may seem odd for feedback, but the item arrived on time but destroyed. You would think I might leave negative feedback, but I am not. The box, a glass lampshade, came crushed by the shipping company. Not a good thing for a glass object. When I contacted the seller with photos, I had a full refund, including shipping, within 15 MINUTES!!! I am not exaggerating. The seller was friendly and very responsive to the situation. How can I not be pleased with the outcome?

The lamp arrived as promised exactly as pictured and described. The seller was quick to answer any questions and was a pleasure to correspond with. I love the lamp which is heavy and has bronze metal that compliments the overall look of the lamp in addition to the brass leaves around the 5 watt night light. Pollyanna is happy to get out of the box and content in my office with a nice wicker shade and finial. I did feel the shipping was expensive. 🦜❤️🦜❤️
