El articulo tuvo que ser devuelto porque el vendedor se equivoco en el que envió. El mismo me lo comunicó por mensaje ante que llegará. En ese aspecto todo perfecto.. buena comunicación, transparencia, etc.. pero no quita que esto ocasiono retraso en que yo tuviera un producto funcional en mi casa. lo dicho, acima de todo valoro la buena comunicacion y transparencia del vendedor.

Item was shipped after 5 days, took another 3 for UPS to deliver it.
It was poorly packaged which caused the NAS to be very Damaged upon arrival which is far from what i was supposed to receive.
It does work, but seller decided to ignore me and not compensate me for the damage.
I don't recommend the seller just due to the fact they wont compensate me for shipping damage that is their fault.

The item was shipped inside its original shipping box, but unfortunately, the packaging incurred significant damage during transit. In collaboration with the buyer, I initiated a claim with UPS as the item was shipped with insurance. However, we are currently still awaiting a response from UPS.
