This seller sold me a used product that they described as new and is refusing a return. The packaging came damaged, opened, and the phone case inside was obviously removed, scuffed, and dirty. Even if this is a new product, this is so far from new condition that I cant believe any professional seller would refuse to rectify this mistake. If you want something cheap and used, this is your seller. If you want something new, as advertised, this seller will only disappoint you with their lies.

To us it appears you are upset you have to return the item for a refund and are possibly fishing for a free item.
