When I looked at these shoes I didn't even see the description of the removal of the insoles? This must be a new fad on these used shoe cell sites. I asked the seller why the insoles were removed. His response was less than friendly. And then I asked him if he sold the insole separately to which I got no reply. Great shoes. Great price, horrible customer service.
