Le stéréoscope est arrivé en mauvais état, un morceau de bois était décollé à l'intérieur, la séparation pour les deux yeux se balade de gauche à droite tandis que la façade arrière semble avoir été collée alors que la présence de charnières indique qu'elle peut être ouverte. Les défauts de l'objet n'ont pas tous été clairement mentionnés. La communication était difficile, à la fois laconique et ironique. Il a fallu une semaine au vendeur avant qu'il ne se décide à envoyer le colis.
