Customer purchased two nord plus cell phones new in box, used the phones for a while, and then proceeded to fraudulently return the phones stating that they were defective. We have sold 100s of these phones and have yet to receive any complaints. After looking at their feedback level, it's clear to see that they have a history of dishonesty and unethical practices as a seller and buyer
