She didn't want to cancel it by saying that she didn't get my payment and I explained her that the reason why is because eBay is holding the money because she is a new seller and because she never shipped my order. I had to open a case to get my refund, and she is ignoring me and still reluctant to accept the refund with the same excuse although I told her eBay will take care of it.
