    Worth owning for repeated viewing

    Good cold war era spy plot written by a great author and with 'real' actors who not only can act but also can speak clearly unlike some present day actors who never took any voice training. Alec Guinness is superb as he is in almost every movie or play in which he appeared.

    Smiley's People

    The product came in on time and in perfect shape. I was disappointed in the story. The acting was great, and the production values were fine, but it was a long and tedious (and confusing) slog. "Tinker Tailor" was far superior. I really have no true complaints: I wanted to watch it, and I did.
